Dennis Muilenburg, an Iowa State University graduate, was named as CEO of Boeing Co. this week. Muilenburg, 51, had been vice chairman, president and chief operating officer at the company, reports USA Today. On July 1, he will replace W. James McNerney, who has reached the company’s mandatory retirement age of 65.
