ITA Group, PRM Marketing form partnership to enhance Asian-Pacific engagement

ITA Group has entered into a partnership with Singapore-based PRM Marketing Services, a move officials with ITA say will provide its customers with enhanced global perspective on engagement programs, management and support, and program design, promotion and communications, the West Des Moines-based global engagement company announced this week. In a news release, Kurt Hosna, ITA group director of global strategy, said the Asian-Pacific region is the fastest growing in the world in terms of gross domestic product, and “having local expertise within the region is essential to our global expansion strategy.” Brent Vander Waal, ITA group president and CEO, said the expansion into the Asian-Pacific region “is an important step to better serve our clients’ ever growing needs.” He said the partnership will allow ITA to offer stronger, more locally managed and culturally sensitive programs to its clients who are looking to connect and engage throughout the region. “Understanding the nuances between regions, countries and cultures, while also having a strong supplier network, is critical to fulfilling our promise to achieve maximum business results.” JB Ray, CEO of PRMMS, said forming the partnership with ITA will provide clients with “combined solutions and unparalleled access to a global network in managing customers, channel partners and employees.”
