ITC Holdings Corp. (ITC) announced that Todd Schulz has joined the company as manager of state governmental affairs. Schulz will be the primary interface with state legislative and administration officials for ITC Midwest LLC, ITC’s operating company serving Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Missouri. Schulz previously served as the legislative liaison for the Gov. Terry Branstad. From 1999 to 2010, he was government relations manager for Newton-based Iowa Telecommunications Services Inc. ITC Midwest LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Holdings Corp., the nation’s largest independent electric transmission company.
