James Collins to head Corteva Agriscience

127 wordsAll Latest News, Energy, Innovation and EntrepreneurshipDowDuPont today announced the executives who will run the spinoff companies to be formed June 1, including James Collins, who as expected will run the agricultural division that includes Johnston-based DuPont Pioneer.
Collins currently serves as chief operating officer of the division, called Corteva Agriscience.
Other Corteva officers will include Greg Friedman, current finance head and DuPont investor relations vice president, who will be executive vice president, chief financial officer. Division legal chief Cornel Fuerer will be senior vice president, general counsel. Marc Doyle, who holds a similar position to Collins in the specialty projects division, will be CEO of that branch, the company announced.
Boards of those two companies and a third spinoff are expected to be in place in October.
