Jenna Kimberley, vice president of Kimberley Development Corp., has been elected president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines, and will take office in January. Kimberley follows in the footsteps of her father, Bill Kimberley, who served as president of the association more than three decades ago. This is the association’s first father-daughter legacy as president and the third time for a multigenerational family legacy member to serve as president. Jenna Kimberley, a member of the Business Record’s Forty Under 40 class of 2020, has had several roles with the association. Most recently she was instrumental in securing Kimberley Estates, an executive home community in Ankeny, as the site of the July 2022 HomeShowExpo in July 2022.
