JLL report: Des Moines-area office vacancy rate at 15.8%

The company has a Des Moines office. Four of the five office buildings under construction are in the western suburbs, including the Oaks on Grand, which is scheduled to be completed in March 2022. According to the report, the office vacancy rate is 15.8% in the Des Moines area. The vacancy rate in the central business district is 28.2%; in the western suburbs, its 8.9%.
