Johnston-based Henning Construction Co. LLC and Paric Corp. of St. Louis have formed a new company, Henning Paric Commercial LLC. Henning’s Mike Carroll said each company made an investment in the other to form a partnership that highlights their strengths. Henning was formed in 1924 in Latimer and has completed $100 million in construction each year for the last five years. It specializes in the agriculture sector. Paric is a general contractor and construction management firm that had $315 million in revenues in 2014. The company is noted for large commercial and industrial jobs.
