Justice Department investigating 2 Iowa centers for people with disabilities

Des Moines Register: The federal government is investigating two Iowa institutions that provide health care to people with disabilities, to determine if patients’ rights have been violated. The U.S. Department of Justice notified Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds in a letter in late November that it was starting an investigation into treatment at the state-run Glenwood Resource Center and the Woodward Resource Center.
