The 2016 Iowa Caucus Consortium will host the first event in the Caucus Candidate Forum Series on June 24, featuring potential presidential candidate and Ohio Gov. John Kasich. The forum, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the State Historical Building, is part of a series of candidate forums for Greater Des Moines community members and business leaders. The Iowa Caucus Consortium is an initiative of the Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Greater Des Moines Partnership, the Iowa Economic Development Authority, the Des Moines Register and Drake University in partnership with the Iowa Democratic Party and the Republican Party of Iowa.
