Shares of KemPharm were trading Tuesday at 43 cents per share, down from a 52-week high of $2.85. The stock listing for KemPharm was moved to the Nasdaq Capital Market from the Nasdaq Global Market. The Nasdaq Capital Market is a trading tier for smaller companies that typically are raising capital.
