Kent Corp., a family-owned food products and animal feed manufacturer with headquarters in Muscatine, has acquired privately held PouchTec Industries, a food and liquid packaging company based in Foley, Minn. For more than 24 years, PouchTec Industries has sold packaging to some of the largest multinational food and beverage companies.
