Do you have a budding entrepreneur at home? Get a jump-start on summer planning and register now for the University of Iowa’s entrepreneurship camp. The Kid CEO and Future CEO day camps, which will be held in Des Moines for grades 5-8 on July 9-13, are designed for kids who have a passion for invention or dream of having their own business or startup. A program of the Jacobson Institute, a part of the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, the kids’ camps includes visits to Des Moines startups, learning how to pitch products and developing a product to sell at the farmers market.
