The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum centered around investment and market analysis as well as the compilation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. Kruse’s portfolio includes leasing activities in all asset categories, and he has proved to be proficient in net leased investment sales, completing over $14 million in sales volume throughout the Midwest, according to a release.
