Kum & Go LC’s Linden Street Investments LLC has completed its acquisition of the 1400 block of Grand Avenue as part of a nearly $4 million purchase of six properties in the Western Gateway from Wellmark Holdings Inc., according to Polk County property records. Linden Street Investments purchased 1410 and 1415 Grand, as well as 524 and 528 14th St., 1440 Ingersoll Ave. and an alley on Jan. 13, according to deeds that were filed Friday.
