Kum & Go unveils prototype for new stores
Kum & Go plans to build its newest prototype, a 6,000-square-foot store with expanded prepared foods, in Johnston this year. It will replace an older Kum & Go store near the Wynnsong movie theaters. The new Kum & Go Marketplace will include a patio and an expanded food preparation area. Kum & Go’s newest prototype is on average about 2,000 square feet bigger than the new convenience stores being built, reports DesMoinesRegister.com. Kum & Go plans to build all its new stores using the larger prototype.
