Kyle Gamble, who joined Hubbell Realty Co. in 1994 as a real estate broker, has been named the company’s chief operating officer.

The new position is in addition to Gamble’s role as executive vice president, a position he was appointed to in 2021. Gamble also has been manager of the former CBRE|Hubbell Commercial division.

Gamble, whose appointment was effective on Jan. 1, will lead the West Des Moines-based Hubbell Realty’s operational and strategic initiatives as well as oversee its 16 operating units.

Rick Tollakson will continue to operate as Hubbell’s president and CEO, a position he’s held since 2004.

• Joe Pietruszynski was named executive vice president of construction, building development and management. Pietruszynski joined Hubbell in 2004. His expanded role includes overseeing Hubbell Construction Services, Hubbell Building Development, Indigo Living and Hubbell Property Management.
• Ashley Aust was named senior vice president, general counsel. Aust joined Hubbell in 2012 and has expanded her role to include legal, process improvement and human resources.
• Rachel Flint was named senior vice president of Iowa Homebuilding and Land Development Operations. Flint, who joined Hubbell in 2004, will oversee all Iowa-based Hubbell homebuilding operations including Hubbell Homes, Embarq Signature Homes and Origin Homes. She will also oversee HRC Association Management and Hubbell Land Development.
• Dave Vogtman was named senior vice president of Omaha operations. Vogtman, who joined Hubbell in 2018, has overseen Hubbell’s growth in Nebraska in the areas of home building, land development and title operations. In his new role, Vogtman will work with Hubbell’s building development on future multifamily and industrial projects in the Omaha area.

Also, Steve Campidilli was named vice president, chief accounting officer; Jim Sarcone, vice president, asset management, risk, real estate tax and golf; Russell Endriss, vice president, asset management and finance; Matt Weller, vice president, building development; Kimber Davis, vice president, HRC Association Management; Susanne Roesch, director of operations, Hubbell Homes; Nick Dolphens, vice president, the Home Company; and Jessica Galvez, regional vice president, Indigo Living.
