Lake Panorama Realty, a Guthrie County fixture for more than 40 years, has been sold to Bob Nevitt, broker/owner of Nevitt Real Estate.

Lake Panorama Realty, a Guthrie County fixture for more than 40 years, has been sold to Bob Nevitt, broker/owner of Nevitt Real Estate, according to a release. Lake Panorama Realty has been owned since 1998 by Guthrie County Bancshares Inc. and has operated out of an office at the firm’s Panora branch. The sale closed May 15. An open house event is planned for 9 a.m. to noon June 14 at the Lake Panorama Realty office 505 E. Main St. in Panora.
