About: Stephanie Neighbors Kubik is a former banker who opened a bakery and a yoga studio. She initially opened Healthy Girl Bakery in 2013 after retiring from her family’s bank, Farmers State Bank. After starting Vella Yoga, she decided to hang up her apron so she could focus more on her yoga studio and community.
