“Indelible” was shot mostly in Des Moines in 12 days during July 2005; some scenes are set in local businesses such as Lucky’s, 1119 Grand Ave., and the Vaudeville Mews, 212 Fourth St. The 108-minute film won a Gold Eddy award at the 2007 Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival in April.

Amundson is a Sioux City native and attended Drake University before moving to Los Angeles to study acting and perform. He returned to his home state and received a bachelor’s degree in film and broadcasting at the University of Iowa. Amundson now operates his own filmmaking business, Bravo Romeo Entertainment, and works as a director at Screenscape Studios, 4800 Corporate Drive, West Des Moines.
