Des Moines-based Quick Supply Co./A.S.P. Enterprises has acquired the assets of Bowman Construction Supply Inc., a supplier of specialty building materials with headquarters in Denver. Quick Supply was founded in 1953. The acquisition of Bowman Construction Supply adds markets in Colorado and Wyoming to Quick Supply’s existing markets in St Louis and metropolitan Kansas City, and neighboring parts of Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. Financial terms of the Bowman Construction Supply acquisition were not disclosed. BCC Advisers, a Des Moines investment banking firm, advised Quick Supply Co./A.S.P. Enterprises on the transaction.
