About: Is your work and personal life out of balance? Are you feeling stressed? Reclaim control by setting boundaries between work and home life. Work-life balance is difficult and takes great effort. In this class, participants will explore several management tools that will help you feel a sense of accomplishment, while not being consumed by work, and having an enjoyable life without shortchanging career obligations.
