Kyle Martin has been hired as the Iowa State University Research Park real estate development operations and project manager, the group announced. Martin, an Ames native, previously worked at Deere and Co., where he was project manager lead for several facility projects. In the newly created position, Martin will oversee operations and development of all tenant spaces at the ISU Research Park, which has more than 100 tenants and over 800,000 square feet of space. Martin will also be involved with real estate development and operations, construction projects of all scopes, land development, capital maintenance and helping meet project financing goals. Martin received a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and management from Iowa State in 2014.
