McDougal reappointed to chair of Iowa bar’s construction council
Jodie McDougal was recently appointed to serve her second term as chair of the Iowa State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section Council. McDougal has been a member of the council for several years, serving as vice chair for two years and chair as one year. McDougal, who works at Fredrikson and Byron, is a construction and real estate attorney who handles litigation and transactional matters in the construction, real estate and landlord/leasing industries in Iowa and beyond.
