Mediacom named a top company for women workers
Women in Cable Telecommunications recently named West Des Moines-based Mediacom Communications as the top workplace for women in the industry. Mediacom received the 2019 distinction based on survey data collected to measure gender-inclusion practices and the status of women employees in the industry. The survey’s three main criteria assess pay equity, advancement opportunities and resources for work-life integration. Mediacom will be recognized during an industry event to be held in New York City in April 2020.
