Des Moines Register: Des Moines-based Meredith Corp. just got $125 million richer. The media company announced Thursday that it had renegotiated a deal to sell its TV stations, increasing the sticker price to $2.825 billion. The buyer, Gray Television, agreed to the hike from the original $2.7 billion after Meredith officials informed Gray they had received an “unsolicited proposal” from another potential buyer. Meredith did not disclose who tried to outbid Gray.
