Meredith sets annual meeting
Meredith Corp. will hold its annual meeting of shareholders at the company’s Des Moines headquarters, 1716 Locust St., on Nov. 9 at 10 a.m.
The agenda includes the election of two Class I directors for terms expiring in 2014; the approval of the executive compensation program; the approval of the frequency with which Meredith will conduct future advisory votes on executive compensation; and ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.
