A Portage, Mich.-based company that provides integrated property tax and records management software for state and local governments was awarded contracts for Polk and Linn counties. Manatron Inc. said in a press release that those counties will utilize its GRM integrated property tax software and related professional services beginning in late 2011. Property tax revenues in Polk County exceed $1 billion annually. Linn, Iowa’s second-largest county, collects more than $300 million in property tax revenues annually.
