MidAmerican tops Midwest satisfaction survey
In the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Gas Utility Business Customer
Satisfaction Study released today, Des Moines-based MidAmerican Energy Co. ranked first out of 21 Midwestern companies for highest natural gas customer satisfaction, the third consecutive year the company has had a No. 1 ranking. Alliant Energy Corp., whose Interstate Power & Light Co. subsidiary provides natural gas service in Iowa, ranked fourth among companies in the Midwest.
