Sioux City Journal: Kristie Miller-Arlt has been named executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Siouxland (BBBS). Before her appointment at BBBS, she served as director of development and communications with the Diocese of Sioux City for 13 years. Miller-Arlt is a native of South Sioux City and a 1998 graduate of Morningside College.
