Christina Moffatt, owner of Crème Cupcake & Dessert in Des Moines, has received the 2012 Deb Dalziel Woman Entrepreneur Achievement Award from the Iowa Small Business Development Center.

The Iowa Small Business Development Center has announced the winners of its two 2012 special entrepreneur awards. Christina Moffatt, owner of Crème Cupcake & Dessert in Des Moines, is the 2012 Deb Dalziel Woman Entrepreneur Achievement Award winner. Charles Dirks, president of CQM Systems in Coralville, is the 2012 Neal Smith Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner.
