Advantage Homes LLC is developing a 24-acre parcel between 5800 and 5900 N.W. Beaver Drive in Johnston.

The parcel will be broken into 13 industrial lots. Kirk Hesse, a partner with Advantage Homes, said the company is planning 13 to 15 new buildings on the site.

Bradley Tools and Fasteners, Advantage Homes and a Brazilian print management company already have agreed to be tenants.
