Mortgage foreclosures, delinquencies down in Greater Des Moines

0 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe rate of foreclosures among outstanding mortgages in Greater Des Moines dropped to 0.8 percent in March, down from 1.02 percent in March 2015, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said. The national foreclosure rate in March was 1.09 percent. Mortgages that were at least 90 days past due also declined in Greater Des Moines, dropping to 2.04 percent from 2.56 percent a year ago.
