Iowa Commercial Advisors in West Des Moines, previously NAI Optimum, has entered into an exclusive alliance agreement with global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. Leadership within Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors will continue with Kurt Mumm as president and Christopher Stafford as senior vice president. The Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Program is a fully integrated extension of the firm’s global platform, consisting of selected independently owned firms.
