Nebraska entity buys Des Moines-area warehouse property for $5.4 million

The property (photo above) includes a 60,000-square-foot metal warehouse whose construction was completed in 2022. The property is valued at $2.2 million. The transaction was recorded Nov. 9.

Samuel and Ali Maurice paid Chad and Jennifer Hutchinson just over $1 million for property at 5503 Glen Oaks Point in West Des Moines, records show. The property includes a single-family house built in 2011. The transaction was recorded Nov. 6.
A to Z Assets Commercial LLC, located in Johnston, paid 11151 54 LLC $1.35 million for property at 2000 S.E. 37th St. in Grimes, records show. The nearly 1-acre parcel includes a 5,760-square-foot metal and brick building that previously had been used for auto repairs. The transaction was recorded Nov. 8.
United Community Services Inc., located in West Des Moines, paid GuideOne Mutual Insurance Co. $2.67 million for property at 1200 12th St. in West Des Moines, records show. The property includes a 17,345-square-foot, one-story office building constructed in 2000. The property is valued at $1.7 million. The transaction was recorded Nov. 9.
Broadway Property LLC paid SK Inc. $2.6 million for property at 630 S.W. Ninth St. in Des Moines, records show. The property includes a retail strip center with a convenience store, fast- food restaurant and fuel pumps. The property is valued at $1.53 million. The transaction was recorded on Nov. 9.
