Johnson County, home of Iowa City and the University of Iowa, has been ranked the 20th best county for job growth in the country by CNNMoney.com. Between 2000 and 2011, the county had job growth of 19 percent. It was the only county in Iowa to make the top-25 list. The best county for job growth was Loudoun County, Va., which had job growth of 83.6 percent in that time period. See the full list here.
