The Greater Des Moines Partnership has two events coming related to raising capital. The Capital for Your Business seminar is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Partnership. This event will examine bank financing types and expectations, alternate loans, grants and buying on contract, with applications for restaurants, boutiques, medical practices, retailers, manufacturers and trade. The Raising Capital seminar, hosted by the Partnership’s Square One DSM, will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 8 at BrownWinick Law Firm. Registration for both events is available online.
