New dental office planned in West Des Moines

A new dental office is planned south of Mills Civic Parkway just east of Interstate Highway 80 in West Des Moines. The city’s Plan and Zoning Commission this week approved a site plan for a 12,390-square-foot dental office that would be constructed at 725 S. 51st St. on 1.8 acres. The building would be constructed of masonry, painted siding and stained wood. The office, Apex Dental, would be operated by Brad Richtsmeier.
