Two Iowa state agencies have announced a low-interest loan fund to accelerate construction or renovation of housing for disabled Iowans.
Gov. Terry Branstad announced the The Community-Based Revolving Loan Fund program Wednesday afternoon. The program will offer loans of $50,000 to $500,000 at rates of 0 to 1 percent for affordable housing for disabled residents.
It will be administered by the Iowa Department of Human Services and the Iowa Finance Authority. Find more information on the Finance Authority website.
