Site plans for two new warehouses have been submitted to the Des Moines Permit and Development Center in Des Moines.

The two warehouses will be constructed on the east and west parking lots of the former R.R. Donnelley and Sons Co. plant, 5701 Park Ave.

The warehouse on the east side of the plant will be 156,000 square feet divided into 13 bays. The other structure will be an 84,000-square-foot building divided into 14 bays.

Signature Real Estate Services, the contact listed on the site plans, has not released any details about the warehouses.
