Ruth Richardson, 45, will join Planned Parenthood North Central States in October. Richardson’s home state of Minnesota is the only one in Planned Parenthood North Central’s five-state region that has indicated it would not move to restrict abortion access. Richardson, a lawyer by trade and current member of the Minnesota House, will start on Oct. 6.
