New round of workforce housing tax credits available
A new application round for the Workforce Housing Tax Credit program is now open, the Iowa Economic Development Authority announced this week. About $10 million worth of tax credits are available. The program is available only to the Small Cities’ Set Aside portion of the program. Applications can be submitted via iowagrants.gov and will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. on June 8.
