Cleveland-based Doppco Development LLC is planning a new building in Ankeny.

The 7,600-square-foot building will be constructed at 2401 S.E. Delaware Ave. and will house three tenants.

The cost of the structure is an estimated $900,000. Ron Coss of Doppco Development would not release any additional information about the project.

This is Doppco’s first project in Greater Des Moines.
