Charlie’s Children Shop, Salon de Vallon and Country Insurance Financial Services are all opening in The Hub, a building that also houses Bonefish Grill. Charlie’s is open already and the salon and insurance office should open within the next 30 days.

Melrose, a women’s clothing store, is moving from the East Village and is scheduled to open in Town Center East next to The Spa at West Glen by Nov. 1.

West Glen also is in the permit stage of constructing Promenade Plaza North, a four-story building that will have 25,000 square feet of retail space and 75,000 square feet of office space. That project could begin this fall and will be located behind the Avenue of the Arts.
