LA Grant Parkway on 8.5 acres the United Methodist conference has owned since 2006. The 13,460-square-foot church structure will be 28 feet tall at its highest point, according to city documents. The facility will seat up to 380 people. The site plan, which was approved by the Waukee Plan and Zoning Commission on July 13, indicates the facility is designed to include a future addition. Parking includes 125 spaces.
