National accounting and advisory firm BKD LLP announced that Loeb & Troper LLP has joined the firm, effective July 15. Loeb & Troper, which specializes in audit and consulting services for the health care, managed care, special needs, not-for-profit and education industries, will join BKD’s approximately 2,650 personnel and 280 partners. Loeb & Troper’s location in New York City will also give BKD greater access to the private equity and capital markets, BKD CEO Ted Dickman said in a release. BKD established a Des Moines office in 2013.
