The NewBoCo Intrapreneur Academy is taking applications for a yearlong cohort beginning in October. Five to eight teams will be accepted for academy training that focuses on a different innovation competency standard per quarter: agile, methods, culture and strategy. Teams in the inaugural cohort, which wrapped up in June, represented a mix of for-profit, nonprofit and governmental entities, including the Office of the Linn County Auditor, Rockwell Collins and gourmet pet bakery Woofables. The Intrapreneur Academy supports teams working inside an established company or organization to build meaningful, innovative change, NewBoCo organizers say. Contact Director of Innovation Mandy Webber to apply.
