Belmont Park Apts LLC, located in Johnston, paid University Park LP $3.7 million for property at 1002 and 1004 S.E. Belmont Drive in Ankeny, Polk County real estate records show. The property includes two, three-story buildings with a total of 48 apartment units. The buildings were constructed in 1976. The property is valued at $2.99 million. The transaction was recorded Sept. 6.
Finn Apartments LLC, based in Dallas, Texas, paid Stanton Estates LLC $5.27 million for property at 2221 Stanton Ave. in Des Moines, records show. The property includes five, three-story apartment buildings with a total of 66 units and a general office building. The property is valued at $3.5 million. The transaction was recorded Sept. 8.
Drake & Chetwynd LLC, located in Minneapolis, Minn., paid 1260 34th Street LLC $9.75 million for property at 1304 34th St. in Des Moines, records show. The property, known as Drake Park Apartments, includes three-story apartment buildings with a total of 87 units. The property is valued at $6.2 million. The transaction was recorded Sept. 9.

Third & Collins Properties LLC, located in Ankeny, paid Tyler Investment Co. Inc. and A&T Investment Co. Inc. $3.25 million for property at 7368 N.E. Berwick Drive in Ankeny, records show. The 29-acre parcel includes Oakwood Heights Mobile Home Park that was developed in 1957. The property includes nearly 100 mobile home pads, a small office building and a one-story residential structure. The property is valued at $1.9 million. The transaction was recorded Sept. 7.
The Cheryl Laird Humphrey Family Trust, based in Altoona, paid Hurd Columbus $2.79 million for property at 6130 N.W. 86th St. in Johnston, records show. The 1.2-acre parcel includes a 3,358-square-foot retail convenience building that houses a Kum & Go store. The store was built in 1998. The property is valued at slightly more than $1 million. The transaction was recorded Sept. 7.
Dallas County
Adel Realty LLC, based in St. Louis, Mo., paid Adel Realty Partners LLC $1.49 million for property at 1919 Greene St. in Adel, Dallas County real estate records show. The 6.75-acre parcel includes a 14,748-square-foot care facility that was constructed in 1972. The property is valued at $2.3 million. The transaction was recorded Sept. 6.
Jacob and Amy Jaacks paid Karl and Kristen Keeler $1.35 million for property at 180 Indian Ridge Drive in Waukee, records show. The property includes a 3,579-square-foot house built in 2013. The transaction was recorded Sept. 6.
