The property includes nearly 12 acres; a one-story, 2,240-square-foot showroom; a 17,640-square-foot vehicle auto service area; and a 2,070-square-foot self-service vehicle wash. The property was valued at $1.57 million in 2019, records show. In February, Willis Automotive announced it was buying Beneventi Chevrolet. The announcement said that Willis would continue the Chevrolet franchise operation at the Granger site.

Nelson Construction & Development of Des Moines paid West Green Industrial Park LLC $650,000 on Feb. 21 for property at 175 Ninth St. in West Des Moines, Polk County real estate records show. The 1.5 acres include an 8,040-square-foot warehouse building in 1980. The property in 2019 was valued at $145,700, records show.

Agilent Technologies Inc., based in Ohio, paid LGI Business Park LLC $8.25 million on Feb. 25 for property at 2450 S.E. Oak Tree Court in Ankeny, records show. The 10.4 acres include a 59,996-square-foot office building constructed in 2008. The property was valued at $6.4 million in 2019, records show. Agilent Technologies is a public research, development and manufacturing company established in 1999 as a spinoff from Hewlett-Packard. It’s headquarters is in Santa Clara, Calif.

My Iowa Homes LLC paid Grand Stratford LLC $1.17 million on Feb. 13 for property at 6315 Hickman Road, records show. The property includes two apartment buildings constructed in 1968. The three-story buildings each include 24 units. The property in 2019 was valued at $1 million. My Iowa Homes is managed by Kemal Imamovic of Urbandale.
