Latus Capital LLC, located in Adel, paid 4314 University LLC $935,000 for property at 4314 University Ave. The property includes three two-story apartment buildings with brick exteriors. The buildings were constructed in 1924. The property is valued at $733,000. The transaction was recorded Aug. 8.

RSS UBSBB2012 C3 LLC, located in Miami, acquired property at 1200 E. Army Post Road from the Polk County sheriff, Des Moines Associates and Des Moines Associates LP, records show. The Florida entity paid $3 million for the 8-acre parcel that includes a 125,416-square-foot strip shopping center in which Gordman’s had been located. Also on the property are two restaurant buildings. The property, developed in 1976, is valued at $6.7 million. The transaction was recorded Aug. 10.
