Elliott Mounting Facility, located in Grimes, paid Premier Concrete Pumping LLC $1.9 million for property at 805 S.W. 37th St. in Grimes, records show. The 2.5-acre parcel includes a 10,400-square-foot warehouse that was built in 2013. The property is valued at $1.2 million. The transaction was recorded Jan. 13.
